This week (December 16 2023) Saturday Night Live (SNL) is back on NBC with an all new episode.

The December 16, 2023 edition of Saturday Night Live (SNL) airs on NBC at 11:30PM ET. This is the 5th episode of the 49th season. Also, the remaining SNL episodes this season will stream live on Peacock TV. You can watch previous episodes at NBC.com and Peacock TV.

This week Kate McKinnon will host Saturday Night Live for the first time. A two-time Emmy Award winner for her work as an “SNL” cast member, McKinnon stars as Weird Barbie in the record-breaking film “Barbie.”  

Billie Eilish will take the stage as musical guest for the third time.  Her latest single, “What Was I Made For?” from the motion picture “Barbie,” has earned Eilish five of her six Grammy nominations this year.

“Saturday Night Live” is produced in association with Broadway Video. The creator and executive producer of the series is Lorne Michaels. They resumed Season 47 this weekend with first-time host Ariana DeBose and first-time musical guest Bleachers.
