JB Smoove returns to Plymouth, N.C., to help restore his childhood home, which once belonged to his grandmother and has now become the spot for family gatherings, so that it can stay with the family for generations to come. However, when Rob and Sabrina determine that the house has deteriorated beyond repair, the team opts for a plan B.

Celebrities in sports, music and entertainment give surprise home renovations to meaningful people from their hometowns who helped guide them to success. Hosted by Nischelle Turner, the series features the design team of home improvement contractor and television personality Jason Cameron and interior designer Sabrina Soto, who set out to help celebrities show their appreciation with a special renovation gift to a meaningful person from their hometown. The series is produced by Robert Horowitz’s Juma Entertainment.
