Hook retains the FTW Championship against “All Ego” Ethan Page in an FTW Rules Match after reversing the Ego’s Edge into the Redrum. After the match, Hook puts Ethan through a table with a T-Bone Suplex.
It’s time for QTV. We get to see Powerhouse Hobbs’s new car – bought with Wardlow’s credit card – then the QTV staff talk about The Lucha Brothers winning the ROH World Tag Team Championships and how Hobbs and Marshall will beat them to become #1 contenders.
Before the next match, “Cool Hand” Angelo Parker proclaims that The Acclaimed (“Platinum” Max Caster and Anthony Bowens) will join The Jericho Appreciation Society. When “Platinum” Max Caster raps, he admits he has no idea why The Acclaimed are teaming with them and that they find them annoying.
The Acclaimed (“Platinum” Max Caster and Anthony Bowens) and The Jericho Appreciation Society (“Cool Hand” Angelo Parker and “Daddy Magic” Matt Menard) beat LSG, Bobby Orlando and The Infantry (“The Captain” Shawn Dean and Carlie Bravo) in an eight-man tag match. After the match, Jake Hager attacks “Daddy Ass” Billy Gunn from behind, and Parker and Menard attack The Acclaimed.
We hear from Swerve Strickland, who says that because he has lost soldiers does not mean that he has lost the war, because mergers happen. Swerve announces that he has joined forces with someone, but that we will find out who is later tonight.
Darby Allin beats Lee Moriarty. After the match, Swerve Strickland shows up and Darby Allin makes his way up the ramp, and someone tries to sneak onto the stage as Swerve extends his hand to Darby. The person sneaking onto the stage is “The Machine” Brian Cage, who attacks Darby from behind. Prince Nana then shows up and shakes hands with Swerve Strickland, then they and Brian Cage stand tall on the stage.
We see a sitdown between Jade Cargill (with “Smart” Mark Sterling) and Taya Valkyrie with RJ City as a mediator. Taya says there is a lack of education and respect from Cargill and that others have used Jaded, and that Jade does not get to decide who does anything and that she should show respect. Jade says this is her show and that the TBS Championship is her belt, and the sitdown quickly breaks down with Jade Cargill leaving the room while Taya mockingly wishing her luck against Billie Starkz at Battle of the Belts VI.
Julia Hart beats Anna Jay after throwing a chair into the ring so she can spit black mist into Anna Jay’s face and win with a roll-up. After the match, Best Friends (Orange Cassidy, Chuck Taylor, Trent Beretta) make their way to the ring for the next match at the start of Battle Of The Belts VI, much to the anger of Julia Hart.
