CBS has put out a new press release for tonight’s repeat episode of 60 Minutes. We have referenced the release for our preview of this weeks isnstallment.

The first segment for tonight’s (September 24 2023) episode airing at 7:30pm ET will be “Hide And Seek”. With “An American Down Under” airing second and “Jeff Koons” coming on last. All of the segments airing tonight are new.


Care Court

Cecilia Vega reports from California on Governor Gavin Newsom’s CARE Court – a bold, new strategy set to transform the state’s approach to homelessness and the severely mentally ill with court-ordered treatment plans. Vega interviews Gov. Newsom on his passion project, investigates the broken system it hopes to mend and looks at the controversy surrounding it.

As Congress considers financing another $20 billion in aid to Ukraine, 60 MINUTES tracks the weapons and monetary funds the United States has contributed to the country since Russia’s military invasion. Holly Williams reports from Ukraine on the impact and oversight of U.S. tax dollars in the country as it fights to survive.

60 MINUTES’ Sharyn Alfonsi reports from Costa Rica on sloths and their superpower of slowing down. Alfonsi examines how these mammals have mastered the art of survival for more than 60 million years and the new threats of climate change to the species.
